The Pedagogical Framework

This course develops core English skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing—through interactive, student-centered lessons. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in context, with a strong focus on communicative competence and confidence-building. The programme integrates Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Task-Based Learning (TBL), encouraging students to use English in real situations. Elements of the Lexical Approach help learners develop natural language use through collocations and chunks of language

The Pedagogical Framework

This intensive course is ideal for students seeking rapid progress in English. Extra contact hours provide deeper practice in all skills through Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Learning (TBL), and intensive skills training. Learners gain extended exposure to grammar and vocabulary in context, supported by targeted reading and writing tasks for academic and professional use.

Daily written and spoken outputs are reinforced with feedback and error correction, building both fluency and accuracy. Alongside speaking and listening, the course places strong emphasis on writing, including summaries, essays and reports, paired with structured teacher guidance.

The programme also develops 21st-century skills, encouraging collaboration, problem-solving, presentations and debates to foster intercultural awareness.

The General English + Exam Skills programme prepares students for Cambridge (FCE/CAE), IELTS and Trinity (ISE/GESE) exams. Lessons combine skills practice, strategy training and timed mock tasks, building both language ability and exam confidence. Cambridge classes focus on grammar, vocabulary and Use of English; IELTS targets academic writing, detailed reading and time-managed listening; and Trinity emphasises spontaneous speaking, role-plays and integrated tasks. This approach ensures transferable skills across multiple exam formats.

The General English + Work Skills programme integrates language learning with employability-focused training. Students practise job application writing, simulated interviews, and workplace communication scenarios
