Claire Hayes

Academic Manager

Main Duties: The DoS is responsible for ensuring that a high quality academic programme is delivered and exam pathways provided for each internationally registered student. She is responsible for the management of academic programmes and teaching staff and their continuous professional development (CPD).

She is also responsible for exam administration, in particular, registering students for their chosen exam and assisting them in exam preparation.

Rebecca Coleman

Assistant Academic Manager

Juliana Alves

Sales/Student Support

Main Duties: Responsible for managing relationships with agents and handling sales inquiries of potential students who are interested in coming to Waterford to study.

Juliana is also on hand to help and support students when they arrive into Waterford for the first time.

Ian Dornan

Centre Manager

Main Duties: Responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the school in all areas related to student administration and building facilities.

He is also responsible for student accommodation bookings and host family placements.
